Sales representative - Center Ontario

Industry leader in the manufacturing of post formed countertops, cabinet doors and components, Prémoulé operates 6 plants in Canada. With a team of over 350 employees, Prémoulé is recognized for its high-quality products and outstanding service. Our products are distributed in North America through a network of cutting stations, distributors and direct accounts. We are looking for a competitive field Sales Representative for the Central Ontario area.


The successful candidate will be highly motivated and resourceful. In addition to identifying sales opportunities within the existing account base, the primary goal for this role is to develop new business opportunities.

RESPONSABILITIES:


- Open and facilitate operations for countertop cutting centers
- Implement short and long-term strategies to exceed sales targets and ensure the distribution of our products
- Manage and develop relationships with distributors in the assigned region to meet or exceed annual sales targets.
- Manage the strategic planning to increase market growth and brand awareness in the region.
- Represent our company effectively at trade shows and industry events.
- Manage the strategic planning to increase market growth and brand awareness in the region.

 

SKILLS AND TRAINING:

- Bachelor’s Degree in business, marketing or related field or equivalent work experience.
- Availability to work on the road most of his/her time.
- 5-7 years of successful selling experience (between 3 and 5 years in field sales).
- Valid driver’s license is required and use of personal/dependable vehicle.
- Ability to communicate clearly and professionally, both verbally and in writing.
- Ability to plan, organize and perform all duties with minimal supervision is essential.
- Strong aptitude for sales including prospecting, cold calling, presentations and closing sales.
- Self-motivated and goal oriented.
- Knowledge of the entrepreneur/ cabinetmaker, architect and designer community (an asset)
- Bilingualism (an asset)
